Shipment Information
I ship all orders through The United States Postal Service. At checkout, you have the option of First Class or Priority Mail. International shipping options available. Packages ship from Bountiful, Utah in 3-4 business days.

Custom Work
At this time, taking on custom work. Custom work comes with the cost of the original design + shipping . All custom work will be invoiced, and will need to be paid in total before pieces ship. Any additional materials or upgrades will also be at the cost of the client. Please allow 11 business days from start to finish for a custom piece to be designed and crafted.

Shipment for an out-of-stock or SOLD OUT designs
This is quite common. A pair of earrings, bracelets are in your shopping cart sold out before you could checkout or there is a design that you loved but sold out. I am able to support remakes after a collection release. Further questions and requests can be sent to your.joujewelry@gmail.com.
Please allow 11 business days from start to finish for me to make the piece to be crafted and ship.
Refunds, Returns, Cancellations
All our designs have 100 % Warrantie, if you are not happy with our product when is deliver to you, you can contact us to create a refund for the product with the return. We will be sending you a retunr label for that order and refund.
**If a piece arrives damaged, I will gladly repair the item(s) at no cost. We will send a free return shipping for damage for that order.
